Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

CodeRadius is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are based in Italy. For any privacy-related question or to exercise your rights under the GDPR, write to privacy@coderadius.ai or emanuele@coderadius.ai.

2. What data we collect

• Design partner application. When you submit the "Apply for early access" form, we receive your email address and the role you selected (e.g., "Engineering leader"). We use this to evaluate fit for the CodeRadius design partner EAP and to reply personally to your application. The submission is forwarded to our inbox by Formspree (see section 3).
• Emails you send us directly. When you write to emanuele@coderadius.ai, we receive your email address and the message content. We use this to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about our product.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, request path, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. We do not aggregate, profile, or analyze these logs.
• That's it. This site itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no tracking pixels. Your visit is not measured.

3. Third-party services

Two categories of third parties may receive your data when you use this site.

Formspree, application storage. When you submit the "Apply for early access" form, your email and role are sent to Formspree, which acts as our data processor. Formspree forwards the submission to our inbox and stores a copy on their servers. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Static asset CDNs, typography and icons. When your browser loads this site, it fetches a few static assets from third-party CDNs. These providers receive your IP address as part of the network request to deliver the asset. We do not share any other data with them.

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com): typography. Google's privacy policy.
• Simple Icons CDN (cdn.simpleicons.org): brand icons.

We plan to self-host fonts and icons in a future release to eliminate even these incidental third-party network calls.

4. Lawful basis for processing

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for our design partner program, and follow up about our product. We balance this interest against your rights and freedoms; you can object at any time.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for any optional communication beyond the scope of your original inquiry. Where consent applies, you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email we send you, or by emailing emanuele@coderadius.ai.

5. How long we keep your data

• Email exchanges: retained until you ask us to delete them, or up to 24 months from our last meaningful interaction, whichever comes first.
• Server logs: per hosting provider defaults (typically under 30 days).

6. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Italy, the supervisory authority is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

7. International data transfers

Our hosting and direct-email infrastructure are based in the European Union. Buttondown (our email list provider, section 3) is US-based and may store your email outside the EU. Their privacy policy describes their transfer mechanisms. The static-asset CDNs listed in section 3 (Google Fonts, Simple Icons) operate globally and may serve assets from edge locations outside the EU. The only data they receive is the IP address required to deliver the static asset to your browser.

8. Security

We use standard security practices: TLS for all data in transit, restricted access to the inbox that receives demo requests, and reasonable safeguards proportionate to the early-stage scope of the product. We do not store credit card data, code, or any other sensitive information on this site.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any change. If we make material changes that affect how we process your data, we will tell you before they take effect.
